WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As a Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for supporting the marketing team with a variety of projects and initiatives including but not limited to product marketing, administrative support and creating and implementing marketing campaigns. The position works collaboratively across the department on content updates across our marketing channels, including social media, web, email, virtual, and in person events.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

Support team by contributing to a variety of marketing projects related to social media, marketing analytics, event planning, sales enablement, research etc.
Create and edit marketing content, materials, and communications for corporate website and ecommerce site
Create and manage social media posts, calendars, and projects
Update and manage product-related items in Salesforce
Maintain marketing data systems
Assist in event planning and coordination
Research competitive landscape and document / report findings
Assist with development and deployment of print and online campaigns
Support team with administrative tasks
Participate in other projects and tasks, as needed
YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)

Bachelor’s degree required
0 – 2+ years of experience in marketing, including marketing internship experience required
Strong English grammar and editing skills to contribute to Marketing campaigns and content required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal while focusing on attention to detail
10% travel required
IDEAL IF YOU HAVE or ARE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)

Strong project management skills and experience
Undergraduate degree in Marketing
Passion for languages, interest in education publishing, fluency in a second language and or travel abroad experience
Experience with social media
Proficient with HTML
Hybrid Remote/In-Office: This role is requires a hybrid of remote and in-office work time at our Boston, MA location during the week. Candidates must be willing to meet this requirement in order to be considered.
