Sales Development Representative – Remote

Popfizz is looking for a remote Sales Development Representative to join our exciting startup. This is an excellent opportunity for you to interact with customers, scale a startup while working remotely on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage lead generation activities, including but not limited to email campaigns and cold/warm calls
Manage sales inquiries.
Manage and grow business relationships with existing customers.
Maintain regular contact and communication
Identify and address customer needs and expectations
Notify customers of subscription renewal and consult on purchasing options
Achieve weekly/monthly targets (demos, leads, new contacts, etc.)
Requirement:

5+ years of inside sales or sales development experience in K12 field
Comfortable learning new programs quickly
Active communicator
Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
