The EiE Account Manager will become an expert on EiE’s solutions and services and identify opportunities to serve schools and districts in the greater Massachusetts area, and, in doing so, will achieve revenue and influence targets. The Account Manager will exceed a revenue target of $1M by expanding existing relationships, upselling and cross-selling, developing leads generated through marketing campaigns, conference attendance, calls, webinars, and collaborating with our Museum Advancement team. Establish a NRR (net revenue retention) for accounts in Massachusetts in partnership with the National Sales Manager. Collaborate with the Regional and Growth Manager to identify prospecting opportunities to grow our footprint in Massachusetts. Perform other work related duties as required by Manager.
- Schedule a minimum of 10+ consultative or expansion meetings per month
- Complete 100+ outreach calls and/or follow-up emails per week
- Attend territory specific events at least one per quarter
- Maintain salesforce pipeline, daily
- Travel up to 10% of time

National Sales Manager
- Post high school course work, technical degree, associate’s degree, business or vocational certificate.
- 4 or more years of sales experience.
- K-12 education experience prospecting and sales experience
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota
- Technical proficiency with CRMs
- Experience with inside sales
Exempt (Salaried) $67,700 annually
