Temporary Staffing Data Analyst (part-time)

THE OPPORTUNITY
The School & System Services team works alongside school and system leaders, ensuring they are getting targeted support to meet their needs. This position sits on the Service Strategy and Operations team which enables service to partners by building, implementing, and testing systems, habits, and ways of collaborating necessary for strong team culture while ensuring meaningful stewardship of resources.

This role will support our team to capture and maintain records of school and system-level staffing assignments. These records will provide an accurate picture of our team’s capacity to deliver service and expand our reach to more partners nationwide. This is a temporary, part-time position (up to 15 hours per week) for up to 3 months. This position will report to the Manager, Service Staffing Design and Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Capture staffing assignments by entering data in our capacity management system

Use the platform, Float, to assign and schedule partnerships for the fiscal year
Identify and resolve inconsistencies across data sources: including Salesforce, Float, and Google spreadsheets
Review and analyze capacity data

Identify and share data around capacity trends and individual outliers
Apply our capacity projections to share headlines around current staffing progress

Ideal candidates may also demonstrate the following preferred qualifications:

Basic experience working in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Basic data entry experience, familiarity with formulas to analyze and solve complex staffing distributions

The pay range for this position is between $22.00-$33.00 per hour. New staff members typically start between the range minimum and midpoint based on qualifications, experience, and internal equity. In order to uphold our commitment to equity, ANet does not negotiate pay.
